Actually lower than 1 star. I stopped at 4:15 on 11/13/25. Waited at the counter for more than 10 minutes. No one ever appeared to take my order. I had planned on buying 5 large pizzas and 3 kid the chicken family specials. I know I was seen. There was a person looking at the buffet area. He went to the back and had on a pizza ranch shirt. There was also a gal seated in one of the booths, saw me, went to the back. Clearly saw me. I knew the buffet wasn’t open but the door was unlocked. You missed a large order. Frankly, I went to the new Creekside restaurant in Pierre. Great service and really good pizza.

Whose bright idea to be CLOSED on Veteran's Day?? Not very professional to the veteran community.

Pizza choices were the worst I have seen, and cold . Pizza wasn't restocked the whole time we was there. Wings were cold, the were restocked though.

I was very disappointed with pizza ranch yesterday. In the corner booth were 2 people wearing pizza ranch shirts. Their conduct was disgusting and gross. The (male??) looking one was drinking from a glass but held it way out in front of his mouth and let the fluid run down on his shirt then he took a mouth full and let it run out of his mouth onto himself and the table. Then he started to lick it off the table like a dog. Then he started pulling and his shirt and rubbing his arm pits and making monkey sounds and gesters and spitting in his glass. The female was lapping her drink out of her glass like a dog. They did get up once and than return and continued with their animal behavior. Very un appetizing. If they were employees the floor could have used some cleaning and tables had dirty plates on them. I did speak to a manager and he went to them and they left.

I was disappointed at this particular visit. The chicken was not crispy, had no flavor, was not hot and was not up to the usual standard. It felt like they did not care!

Our friends from Florida loved the chicken. We did notice the unsweetened tea from the ice tea dispenser tasted rancid as did the apple sauce on the salad bar. Fort Pierre Pizza Ranch.
