Long line to pay as only 1 person at counter and she was on the phone with someone. Slow on getting chicken out. when we arrived not much was on the buffet for pizza or breadsticks.

Granted we were there before 5 but so were other people and no chicken hardly any pizza at all and no one brought anyout been there alot and this was the worse

Terrible. I called and they said buffet ended at 8. I walked in at 7 and bought two buffets and she said serving for another 50. Well… she really said 15 and they didn’t have anything. Zero desert. One peice of chicken and cold pizza. Complete waste of of $36 Unbelievable… the response is a complete lie. I was very disappointed and distraught over the situation, but did not raise my voice at all! And the call before coming in was very clearly stated that the buffet closed at 8! Not 7:15. The person at the desk when confronted also stated nothing more was coming out, including dessert pizza. Guess what, another lie. When seeing if there was at least something at the salad bar to eat, there was people taking the last of a cookie and desert pizza they had brought out…. Very disappointing to see more lies to cover up poor service!

Hi Brian, The speaker on the phone specifically says the buffet shut downs at 7:30. I am sorry that you misheard them. Also everyvody is informed at 7:15 when they come in the door that buffet shutdown in 15 minutes and you can request things to be put on the buffet within reason! I was informed by my manager that night that you were very rude to her and was yelling at her. my employees should not be subjected to this. This could have been settled with a civil conversation. I am sorry that you did not have a legendary experience. I can offer you some coupons for your next visit

It was okay, they were busy and there wasn't much food available for the buffet. Most of the time the dessert was empty and disappeared fast if they put something out. We weren't able to enjoy much unfortunately since some of it was overcooked or had sat too long and burnt.

I’d leave zero stars if that was an option. No fresh food out. Limited pizza selection. Pasta was hard as a rock. Ice cream out of order- not told that when we paid. Asked for a refund on ticket. Manager stated”we have a part coming and there’s nothing I can do.” Absolutely not worth the money. Bathroom disgusting with a puddle in Front of the toilet. I don’t think I’ll ever eat a pizza ranch again-especially not this one. Zero stars. Horrible customer service.
