Customer Service was good. Food on the other hand left something to be desired. I don’t know if it was the time of day or what was going on but all the food was cold and/or dried out. Normally not an issue at this location but there was this time and was very disappointed.

Food was excellent. Loved string bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy simply delicious. Staff were very nice. Manager and staff at front counter were all awesome when I was buying gift cards too

My brother and I have dined at Pizza Ranch (both locations) probably once a week over the past 3 to 5 years. Overall, it has been a good experience but the last five times (including today) I experienced extreme and fast diarrhea. The pizza was almost room temperature, sausages undercooked and the coffee cool/warm. My brother loves your chicken and will continue being a patron. I will not.

It's always Great going to Pizza Ranch. It's not so great though not knowing you didn't open up till 1030/1100 am on Saturday--no signage-nothing of the change. Would have been nice to have your times your open on weekends on the door or sign

Always satisfied with Pizza Ranch on Stumer Road in Rapid City, SD. Been enjoying the senior discount, the early 10:00 am brunch, and the first-name relationship with most of the staff, who have been lovingly caring for all customers for years - of course, like most service providing businesses today, Pizza Ranch is challenged with finding folks who want to serve, thus, constant staff turnover limits their ability to live up to their full potential - still, they do a great job with what they have to work with. The only reason I didn't give a five (5) star rating today is the music. Not so very long ago, Pizza Ranch played country/western music for listening while dining, consistent with the theme of Pizza "Ranch"... they changed to a 100% contemporary form of music, most of it with spiritual lyrics, but contemporary nevertheless. While the spiritual lyrics may seem like a good idea to glorify our amazing God, the contemporary "praise and worship" style is designed for just that, and not suitable for dining listening - what's more, unless you're listening very carefully, you wouldn't even realize the spiritual lyrics... you only hear the contemporary music style of today, again, designed for contemporary church services or inspirational listening, not for a dining experience. By the way, most every other restaurant in town is playing a contemporary style of music (minus the spiritual lyrics)... the old timey (appropriate) country/western music set Pizza Ranch apart and should be returned. Otherwise, keep up the amazing work, all praise and glory to God. Amen.

Arrived at 11:02..there were 3 breakfast pizzas out with 3 slices on each.. Very old and cold. Salad bar was half empty and no ice tea!!!! Chicken was good.. Waited 45 minutes for pizza!!! Haven't been to pizza ranch for some time, not sure what has happened.. I would think you would have pizza ready at all times especially on a Saturday!!!

Arrived at 11:02 only 3 pizzas out. They were 3 slices on 3 different pizzas they old and were breakfast pizzas!. The salad bar was half empty. No breadsticks and no ice tea!!! Had been open for some time takes 15-20 minutes to cook pizza.. We waited 45 minutes for pizza!!! The chicken was good. Haven't ate there for a while... I would think you would have pizza ready at all times especially on a Saturday!!!
