- October 24, 2022Rating 1.0We brought a group of 30 and upon arriving there were only half of 2 pizzas on the buffet, were out of salad, no dessert pizzas, and absolutely no ICE for our drinks, workers seemed very stressed. The meeting room was very uncomfortable as well, as it was stuffy n hot, we asked for them to turn on the fan and the worker never came back. Our family have been customers of Pizza Ranch for years, and we were not only disappointed but utterly shocked. We commented to each other that the 41st Street Pizza Ranch at Sioux Falls needed to train the Yankton Pizza Ranch, on getting the food out and on customer service. The only bright side was that the chicken was as delicious as it always is and one of the reasons we go along with the pizza.

However I took my wife & grandkids to Hartford & it was ten minutes before I got waited on to pay. The chicken was dry & the pizza had sat too long. However the drinks were good & the dessert pizza was good. The gentleman that took our dirty plates did a great job
