We came in for dinner around 7 pm. Food was not very good, the chicken had been sitting for quite a while, and was very dry. Also waited about 20 minutes for new cactus bread. Pizza was ok but was also not fresh. However, customer service was good.

The young lady at the register wasn't a good example of welcoming. There was no eye contact, she didn't greet us,she was slamming things around, and she didn't say thank you. Perhaps she was having a bad day. We felt as though we were bothering her. Never had this experience at this Pizza Ranch.
