Pizza Ranch Sturgis

As usual, food was great, and being senior day it was full seating and they kept the plates coming and food for everyone.

Servers were great

Got here at 5:45, no chicken and no pizzas out, no fries but the cold salad was full. The food overall was good just had to wait to get some. The floorwas covered with spilt fries all over and Noone cleaning it up. Not sure we will come back and when asked about the senior discount we were told you only get a discount of Wednesdays. The app says everyday.

We arrived at 5:35. We received great customer service and was asked about any discounts that would be available to us as a family. We received our drink glasses and went to our seats. Went to the buffet and here’s the complaint. The hot buffet was a mess. 3 pieces of chicken in the pan now remember this is 5:35 pm (Dinner Time) 2 very well chilled pizzas, the Mac and cheese was completely crusted over as were the mashed potatoes. Remember this is a great time 5:35 to have dinner. We didn’t complain we just waited for fresh pizza and chicken about 15 minutes later. The salad bar was very fresh and well stocked. When we left I told my family (if I was the manager of this place I would definitely take better pride on the hot side of the buffet. Was just not wiped down and clean and for being 5:35 pm I would think they would have been ready for some dinner guests. Overall the food was good.

Great Service and friendly atmosphere

There was NO Gravy, Green Beans, Bread Sticks, and a few empty containers that I don't know what was supposed to be in them. There was plenty of Chicken and Pizza and the Salad Bar was full. It was disappointing to not get a full buffet. We arrived at 6pm and they don't close until 7pm. The Ice Cream machine was empty!!

The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

Pizza was dried out and old very small selection, chicken dried out, potatoes old and dry, and ice cream not very solid. Pop selection was great, staff friendly.

Was treated very good.

Arrived at 6pm and there was very little pizza on the buffet and that’s how it was during the entire visit until we learned that they closed at 7 instead of at 8 that was listed

Got here at 6:15 pm knowing it closes at 7, got a salad and water, sat down ate went to get pizza and chicken, there was no chicken, ate pizza and waited for chicken, chicken came out with everyone waiting, by time everyone was gone so was chicken, thought I would wait for the next batch which never came so back to pizza which was all the leftover that no one wanted, so waited again with nothing coming out, finally asked the cash register guy and all he said was nope and sorry, I mean honestly a buffet what is mostly supposed to be pizza and chicken with no chicken and just not any options for the pizza should have said before I paid I would have a better dinner at the gas station. Should have closed at 6. This is the first review I have ever left in my life

Best chicken and pizza in the world!! Staff even better than best

It was amazing! We didn't know it was Senior day & there was a huge crowd when we got there about 11:00! The food was great, staff merrily kept bringing more as the crowd grew! Great experience!

We were here 330-430pm on 8/29/25. The vast majority of the food had clearly been siting under the lights for some time. It was all dried out. We could hear the staff visiting in the kitchen and laughing, clearly no one was watching the food or caring for customers. A young teen was working as a cashier, when we pointed out to her that the food was clearly old and had been sitting there for a while her response was "let me check". She went into the kitchen, then didn't speak with us again. We continued to wait as only one new pizza was brought out the entire time we were there, that one didn't have any sauce on it but had sausage. We ate the salad and what we could, our plates remained on the table as no one was busing the tables. No clue what was going on with this place. We won't be back.

Well supplied buffet. Disappointed that they don’t have lemonade as a beverage option.

Employee seemed more interested in the game room than taking our order. The mashed potatoes were definitely a few hours old. After about 20 minutes they finally brought out new pizza.

Customer service was Fantastic !

Purchased 4 adult meal and the Hot food was minimal to the usual buffet, no pizza and basically chicken and salad! We were quite dissatisfied!
