    Good service, wish there was better clarity with staff when offering weekend specials (wording) to upsell the customer. We felt a bit rushed and like it was inconvenient to place our custom order, although staff remained friendly and professional.

    I got an email saying Pizza Ranch missed me so I ordered what I thought was 2 large pizzas for $9.99 from a coupon I had. I gave the coupon code when I phoned in my order and the order taker said to bring in the coupon when I come to pick up my order. When I picked up my order I was told that was an old coupon and they refused to honor the price. Instead of $20 it was $40!! I asked if there was any discount and I was told no, either pay the $40 or leave without the pizzas! I had people waiting for pizza so I paid double the price I was expecting and left. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AS THIS! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER OR WHOEVER HE WAS DRIVES PEOPLE AWAY INSTEAD OF TRYING TO HELP EVEN A LITTLE! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. I'LL GET MY PIZZAS FROM CASEYS AS THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE THERE!
