- March 31, 2024Rating 1.0As always great food and initial call while placing our order. Unfortunately, the rest was anything but. We arrived and was very disappointed that, without warning (via order taker or on drive thru window), there are suddenly fees for using a credit or debit card. When we tried speaking with Robert about it he was very dismissive and acted as there was no problem at all, somewhat even rude about it. We have struggled to stay loyal to PR locally since they have cut the majority of any decent promotions, removed any real value coupons anymore and have had increased pricing over and above competitors that also deliver to the town. Now, to add fees to these orders may be just too much during these times of abnormal inflation and folks scrutinizing their expendable incomes more. There should be better notice in dissemination of these increased costs to the community and people ordering that are already above average cost to visit. Secondly, allowing a somewhat complacent owner/manager handling an inquiry call about this and appearing to have no empathy for it was very unprofessional and concerning. After many years of loyalty and almost exclusively purchasing through our local PR, including taking up any minor issues with local management, we have always had great food, great service and they’ve always been professional and ethical in their dealings. This time we may have to pursue this concern further than just local ownership as we had asked for a response from another owner and have not had a reply back or any type of explanation or apology for the situation that developed. Overall we are so disappointed after 10+ years supporting this franchise through the good times and bad. The product remains good, they have great floor staff, but their business practice and some of their management could use significant improvement after what happened.

- January 14, 2024Rating 1.0I don't generally offer negative feedback but today was probably the most unsatisfactory experience we've had at the Tea Pizza Ranch. While it is understandable that the buffet may not be as robust as a day when there are more guests (it was VERY COLD out today) there was not a single "fresh" pizza added to the line-up during our entire visit (we arrived 12:45 p.m.). All the pizzas had clearly been sitting there for a long time as they were very dried out and unappealing (salad bar too). I feel that the charge to our credit card today should be refunded and/or that you offer us a reason to return and give the buffet another try.
