Minimal pizza options on buffet. There were 3 cheese pizzas and a couple that had chicken and chicken with one other toppings. The only cheesy breadsticks had sausage and Jalapeno. Pizza Ranch is supposed to be a family restaurant. Most kids don't eat jalapeño so would be nice to have the option of both. We have had this issue at this Pizza Ranch before.

The building is just amazing. Everything is clean. The food is even better. Customer service was great and friendly. I will most definitely come back here when I visit vermillion again. I work at the Pizza Ranch in Mitchell SD and I was just amazed on how different this place was.

The food was ok. The ice cream was terrible. It was the wrong texture and flavorless. I'm not sure what was wrong with the machine, but it bummed me out. It's about the only thing I look forward to at Pizza Ranch.

Staff was great, especially in the game zone. But food on the buffet was average. Very few options, most pizza items had jalapeños and sausage. We requested custom pies but they weren’t don’t for 30+ minutes. Salad bar was low and quality of items remaining was low. Even the dessert has little streusel mid quality flavor.

One of the best Pizza Ranches in the Midwest We travel through South Dakota every other month and always stop here especially With our granddaughter who loves the arcade Food is always good and today 1/9/2025 was very good with wide choices of pizza and excellent salad bar.

We have eaten at Pizza Ranch many times and have been very satisfied. However, we ordered 2 pizzas to go on 1-6-25 and they were the worst pizzas. The crusts were hard, the ingredients were not fresh (the lettuce on the taco pizza was brown) and the pepperoni pizza looked like it had sat under the heat lamp for hours. So sad. This is our family's favorite spot to go to when we are in Vermillion.

Stood at the register for a long time waiting to purchase a buffet. Had to ask about senior discount. Was not asked if there was a special pizza I was interested in. Both salad bins were almost empty. Salad dressings were messy, not clean. No chocolate chip cookie. No one bothered to clean up plates from my table. Employees no where to be seen.

As soon as we paid we we grabbed tables and went to the food line. There was no chicken left. After about twenty minutes it was filled and empty again in 5 minutes. There was no warm green beans like there is at many locations. We ordered chicken fries and they took 45 minutes to get after asking for them three times. We were never asked if we wanted a certain pizza out or anything. There was not even clean silverware for an extended period of time. Kids could not use points from the arcade as no employees knew how to cash out the points. It was really a bad experience and probably the worst I have ever had at a Pizza Ranch. I expect more for the price.
