Met w family at 1, note on door said closing at2. When we came in they asked if we needed bathrooms as they were closing. Felt rushed and spent over a 100 and if they didn't want us there they should have closed the doors at 1.

Beverage choice was changed from what it used to be. It is now Pepsi products, not Coke products. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Pizza choices were not good; few selections. Not kept up with the people eating. Chicken was cold. We usually enjoyed our eating at Pizza Ranch, but not this time. Not sure if we'll be back.

Terrible service. No one cleared plates off our table. Buffet was empty and no new food was put out the entire time we were there.
