The new single sided buffet layout is terrible causes lots of traffic jams and with the dining on one side and arcade the opposite lots of kids running around making it harder to get food. This location has changed to condiment cups for the ice cream so its hard to get any ice cream and if you put it on a plate you are worried it will be smashed into you by the kids running around.

Food was good as usual. Really love wing night, and hope it stays. My favorite are the mango habanero and buffalo. Not sure about the new flooring. It always seems slippery, and I fear falling.

You don't want to hear this, and I'm sure that other patrons agree, your current set-up is inconvenient and gets chaotic when several people are using the buffet line. Really bad plan for a buffet line.

There was no warning not to order delivery if under $50. So, I ordered and the website allowed me to do so, under $50. After waiting 45 minutes, I called to see status of my order, and was told Pizza Ranch does not deliver orders under $50. AND, they still charged my account.

EXCELLENT CUSTMER SERVICE The chicken was the usual moist, flavorful chicken that we are accustomed to receiving there. It was very dry as to where you had to pull the meat off the bone. The wedges were cooked to perfection.
