The rubberband was absolutely cooked into the pizza, my daughter and I both have extremely short hair..and have no need for a rubberband. (It looked like one for hair but could have been for something else). On 1/15/26 My 5 year old and I ate lunch at this location between 1 &3pm. We typically love going as it is her favorite place to eat. She didn’t want her pizza this day so I took a couple bites of her slice. I bit something chewy, I thought it was a tendon which was weird because it was a slice of pepporoni pizza. I pulled it out of my mouth and was shocked to see that is was a stretched out clear rubberband. I am not sure if it was cooked into the dough or it dropped from someones hair before putting on the cheese but it turned my stomach. As I held it in shock a lady (who is there every time we visit, I dont know her name) but she is the one who always says kids must be served by an adult, she stopped to see how things were and grab our old plates. i told her what happened. She apologized, stated they dont even have rubber bands and asked me if I wanted her to get me new pizza. Of course I said no….I didnt know what to do, neither did she so I stacked my plates and handed them to her. I didn’t want to make a scene and honestly thought the owner would come out to apologize too but he just came out and wiped down tables which leads me to believe he wasnt told. There were other customers around so I didn’t feel comfortable pulling him aside. plus the pizza that the slice came from was gone. For all I know the woman is an owner too, perhaps they talked about it later. I wanted to send this in an email right after I left but I couldn’t find an email address posted so sorry I have to leave this review. But it is in hopes the news spreads within the pizza ranch location so they can figure out where it came from and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

ate there at Appleton location on 12-18-25. About 2 hrs after I ate I think I got food poisoning. Otherwise it is usually good but not this time. Finally Just getting over this today.
