Pizza was great and staff was great

Good , long line to get in but realize short staff now days

The customer service was great, my small group had their dirty plates cleared away, right away.

Food is great but they're really struggling with staff - hard to find a place to sit because tables were not cleaned during noon rush, only 4 pieces of cactus bread for dessert. Did a good job resupplying food other than salads, but got to that promptly.

Most of the food was good except the chicken. We went on 3/21/22 around 5pm and the chicken was undercooked. I thought the first piece was a fluke but the 2nd piece in that same batch was also undercooked. It was definitely pink and questionable and I just came off of a virus and I didn’t want to even try it.

Brought my Grandson, arrived at 3:15,15 minutes after opening.
Waited several minutes before anyone came out to greets us. Chicken was not very hot and some items were cooled off. Ice cream machine was frozen up and wouldn't dispense any ice cream. No-one came over to check on us or take our plates. Also went into the game room.
Would have walked out before paying if we didn't have our grandson.

Customer service was great, as always. However, there were no chicken breasts and 1 drumstick, 2 wings. The rest were all thighs. Very unusual. Very few pizzas. The lettuce wasn't as fresh as usual. Also, not what we are used to. I hope all is well with your restaurant. We love going there. God bless!
