Was very disappointed in the food this time. The chicken was soft and slimmy. The pizza seemed under cooked and very soft. We thought Tuesdays kids ate free but they only gave us half off. Regardless we won't be visiting a pizza ranch again anytime soon.

The people that were picking up the dirty plates, glasses, silverware, etc. from our table were always there to do so in a timely manner.

Normally we have a 4-5 star experience but this day the buffet options were limited and some things had sat past their hold time. We will return, as this is the first time we’ve experienced this issue.

My granddaughter and I were looking forward to spending the day together as part of her birthday present - we do lunch at Pizza Ranch and then visit the Fun Zone. The young woman that was working the register was not very nice and seemed annoyed when I asked a question about the special offer that I received for the 8.99 special for a friend. She never bothered to give me a senior citizen discount or even ask. Granted / she was quite young but that doesn’t mean she can be annoyed with senior citizens. Even my 12 yr old granddaughter thought she was not very nice. Kind of started our visit to the restaurant on a sour note.

There were 12-15 tables full of dirty dishes and no places to sit. Paid customers were waiting for tables to be cleared. Manager was taking money at the register. Asked if he had anyone to clear tables and he made the comment that he was short staffed and couldn't even fill the buffet table. Continued to take money from incoming customers while those that had previously paid had no place to sit. After waiting 15 minutes for a table to be cleaned, my daughter helped the young girl that was working clear and clean the tables so paid customers could eat. The young girl was very appreciative.
