Very very short staffed. They did the best they could with little staff. Not once did any tables get cleared, guest were starting to clean up after themselves and others.

What happened to the Burlington Pizza Ranch? We were there Thursday November 13 about 6pm. My wife had a $5 birthday month reward, but the kid working the register couldn't find it. Finding a cleaned table to sit at was a challenge as there were piles of dirty dishes everywhere! There were plenty of pizzas on the buffet, but they were ALL specialty pizzas with non-typical toppings. Out of chicken. Asked a worker how long for chicken, said 12 minutes. After 15 minutes, I asked AGAIN. Worker then filled the chicken. No plastic soda cups, had flimsy paper cups. No iceburg lettuce on salad bar!! We've been to the Burlington Pizza Ranch many times and it was always great. What happened? Was a very poor experience, almost to the point of chaotic for a simple buffet restaurant. No evidence of a manager present.

What happened? The Burlington Pizza Ranch used to be our "go to" location because it was always clean and well stocked. Not last night! What a disaster. The only pizza they had out was weird speciatlty pizzas, not just plain old sausage and mushrooom or deluxe. Why am I and a dozen other customers waiting 15 minutes because there is NO chicken? Dirty dishes at empty tables. What a bad experience. Not a "manager" in sight. We like Pizza Ranch, but last night in Burlington was nothing short of very disappointing. Wife's birthday month and the $5 off discount didn't work.

We are so very sorry that we had an off night for your visit. We do buffet your way so you can always order your own pizza, and then we put it on the buffet. I am so sorry that nobody let you know about the buffet your way so you could have had any pizza made with your own toppings. hard boiled eggs in the salad section were not cut up just whole. place was busy cause of veterans day. were out of cups for soft drinks and nothing to put ice cream in but a cone.

Thank you for your review. We do put out hard boiled eggs on the salad bar to reduce the amount of waste we are throwing away. We believe that it is super easy to either cut up or smash up, and it has gained a lot of positive feedback from most of our salad lovers. Next time you are in, if you would like us to cut up your egg for you, just let us know. We will do anything we can to give you a better experience. We did do a free buffet to all veterans on veterans day, so it did make it quite a bit busier. I apologize for not having providing you with the level of satisfaction you expect from Pizza Ranch.

Customer service was ok. Ordered Cookie to take home and it never was placed, so we had to wait for it. As we were checking in, I noticed through the little window into the kitchen prep area that the person that was making pizza, was not wearing gloves.

Came in tonight with my 2 boys to only have to wait for pizza to be made. I understand it’s a Saturday night but the pizza should be flowing and not having people wait for pizza. 1 pizza out at a time for a whole restaurant isn’t good. Let’s just say I have yet to have any pizza and may not get the chance to get any. On a plus the chicken is amazing.
