Front desk was very personable and friendly. The parking lot was full. The salad bar wasn’t attended and was quite empty and therefore messy. Very disappointed in that. The dressing container was empty, very little potatoes. There was a half full chicken container. On the plus side, the chicken was excellent in flavor. Also loved the dessert table and ice cream. We will still come back, but not when the parking lot is so full. The staff just couldn’t keep up.

Excellent customer service. Buffet was well stocked or promptly refilled if running low. Requested items also came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was. Good experience. We typically carry out but will consider dining in more often.

First we had to wait over five minutes to pay. No one was at the desk. Next there was no food out. The salad bar was pretty much empty, no chicken, two pizzas which had been there quite awhile. There were dirty dishes on the empty tables. It took 30-40 minutes for them to finally bring out chicken, more pizzas and fill the salad bar. Not a good experience or worth the money spent!!

We just came back from our lunch at Pizza Ranch. We brought another couple with us that had never been there, and they were truly impressed. One of those people has a dairy allergy and, just like they advertise 'buffet your way', they custom made a pizza she could eat - without any cheese on it (lots of meats and veggies)! All the staff were very friendly, the buffet was plentiful, and everything was very clean. [The chicken there is absolutely delicious.] We will be back again...and again...and again.
