Plenty of food available all the time. Empty plates were removed continuously. Hosts were very courteous.

We absolutely love Pizza Ranch, but this time we were so disappointed. We came at an off time, which probably didn’t help. The chicken was sitting a long time as it was very dry and cool. The dessert pizzas were the same. It was sitting too long. They did bring out more chicken but the first person in line got the two wings and two legs so nothing small was left. I did ask, after waiting a while, for a fresh dessert pizza. They brought out an absolutely delicious cactus bread. The salad bar had minimal veggies. Usually there are peppers, carrots, etc. the herring are marvelous. The young man cleaning the tables was excellent.

Front desk was very personable and friendly. The parking lot was full. The salad bar wasn’t attended and was quite empty and therefore messy. Very disappointed in that. The dressing container was empty, very little potatoes. There was a half full chicken container. On the plus side, the chicken was excellent in flavor. Also loved the dessert table and ice cream. We will still come back, but not when the parking lot is so full. The staff just couldn’t keep up.

Excellent customer service. Buffet was well stocked or promptly refilled if running low. Requested items also came out fairly quickly considering how busy it was. Good experience. We typically carry out but will consider dining in more often.

First we had to wait over five minutes to pay. No one was at the desk. Next there was no food out. The salad bar was pretty much empty, no chicken, two pizzas which had been there quite awhile. There were dirty dishes on the empty tables. It took 30-40 minutes for them to finally bring out chicken, more pizzas and fill the salad bar. Not a good experience or worth the money spent!!
