I'm not a fan of the new salad selection. I also tried 2 different biscuits & they were both raw inside.

The guy that greeted us at the register was very nice and friendly. I don’t remember what his name was but he came and cleared our plates for us, brought the pizza we ordered….. we came during the dinner rush so there was hardly any pizzas but he made sure we were taken care of.

Everything was great as always. Nice selection of fresh food. I was really impressed with the employee, Sabrina. She was running the register and putting out food and cleaning tables and I don’t know what else she was very busy. She was knowledgeable, friendly , kind, and a great representative of your company

Whenever we go to this Pizza Ranch they never have a lot of chicken. We like chicken wings and a lot of times we have to have another piece but today we had to wait because there was only 2 pieces of chicken in the pan. But if we go to Burlington they always have extra chicken.

Everyone was very friendly & nice. Unfortunately, the pizza oven broke down, so there was not much pizza to choose from. While there was other food, we went there specifically for the pizza! Also, the last time we were there, the ice cream machine was broken!

As usual, the food was very good!! There was a bus load of seniors there when I walked in. An employee named Sabrina was so kind and sweet taking care of them. Not only did she take care of them, but she was doing every other task imaginable around the restaurant with a smile in her face. Then I overheard her speaking very professionally and was very knowledgeable on the telephone with someone about what was offered and allowed for a group that wanted to come in for an occasion. Kudos to whoever hired her. She’s a keeper!! Hopefully, she stays with Pizza Ranch a long time and moves up the ladder.

We had special guests coming in for the day at our business, and we needed good food. Not only did I have to double my order from Pizza Ranch, I asked for it to be ready an hour earlier than I had requested. DONE! Totally amazing food, and the manager was SUPER nice about everything. Will absolutely use them again when we have guests in town.

My wife, kids and I come to the Elkhorn location often and always receive exceptional service, high quality food choices as well as great hospitality and customer service from Marcia and Damien ALWAYS! 10/10 do recommend
