    We had to wait in line to pay for 15 minutes because the credit cards would not swipe and you teller had to enter in by hand all car numbers the other machine was not being used It was stupid

    We live in shawano but try to dine at pizza ranch whenever we are in Green Bay. Excellent quality and service

    We loved the chicken as usual and there was a good selection of pizzas to choose from. The ice cream machine wasn't working though and we always look forward to having that. There was a sign that said we could get take-out sodas for .79 with our buffet purchases but we were charged .99. It wasn't worth the bother to get our refund.

    There were only plates by the salad bar. The floors were majorly dirty. This was the worse I have seen your restaurant. People were using plates to get ice cream because there weren’t any bowls.

    Next to Walt Disney World, the Pizza Ranch is the happiest place on earth. Just staff and management are amazing they are also happy, kind and welcoming sometimes they even open the door for us with my walker. The food is always fresh the place still immaculate kudos to everyone over there at Green Bay Wisconsin east
