Pizza Ranch Lake Delton

Arrived at restaurant at 7:45pm. Hours on google were until 9pm. Paid for 4 adults and 4 kids. Half the food was already put away. No chicken, no mashed potatoes, no potato wedges. No soup. Half of the salad bar was missing. Cold pizza. Confronted the manager about no food available and was told the buffet closes at 8pm. I said but hours are until 9pm you should have food up until 9pm. I said you should have let us know when we paid for our meals. That was a lot of money to pay for no food availale. He said it's posted on the door. I looked at the door and it was a taped sign that was barely hanging on and blocked by the lines on the glass. Asked for some money back and he refused. 2 other families also complained that they paid and couldn't get any food. Finally bought out a batch of chicken at 8:30pm. Very poor management. Not a good way to end our vacation. Will not ever be returning. Horrible service. Other families that were complining were from out of state. Nit good for a travel destination.

The food was not very good. The chicken was old and dried up. I was very disappointed because that is one of the main reasons I go there.

Good selection of pizza and food. Unfortunately soda was additional cost and not included with price of buffet unlike other pizza ranches I've been to.

Becareful of the chicken had a piece last night it looked done but there was a pink spot near the top!!!

the whole place was packed and the service was great. The only thing I would say is that the kitchen should bring out more than one pizza at a time because one pizza feeds a very few amount of hungry people.Your salad bar is always fabulous!

Food was fresh and always coming out with new items. It was super busy and they were constantly updating and cleaning up.

Employees were all very friendly, and the food was great! Only negative was a pizza request we ordered never came until we asked about it a while later. Mistakes happen...no biggie.

Most food items were slow to be restocked. We had to ask several times for specific foods.
We ordered a specialty pizza when we arrived and 45 min later it still hadn’t come to our table and we were full and ready to leave. I had to ask for it and they did make it and sent with us. Same thing for the small cactus bread we ordered when we arrived which never came and we had to ask for it……
