The buffet is good, with, in addition to several kinds of pizza, all pretty good, chicken, some hot sides, a good-sized salad bar and some desserts ("cactus bread" sweet pizzas, rather like a Danish pastry but on pizza crust instead of a pastry crust). A couple of down notes. They used to have two or three kinds of chicken; besides the air-fried chicken which is their staple, they would have boneless chicken fingers and sometimes barbecue chicken. Now it's just the one kind. The other thing is that they did away with soup on the salad bar. In winter, hot soup is just the perfect opener. I don't care if they don't undertake anything new, but those are old things they should restore. The place where the soup kettles were is still there. Just put the kettles back.
