We had a group of about 12 ladies so they gave us the middle room. One of the ladies left a gift bag on the table that had a bead bracelet and heart stone . When she got to,our next destination she realized she did not have the bag and went back to the restaurant.they told her they didn’t find any gift bag.it was not in her car and one of the other ladies said she didn’t see her carry it out. I’d hate to think a dishonest employee would keep it and not turn it in. She is very upset

Cashier was great and resolved an issue by checking with his supervisor. He offered us several meal options (not only for today but for the future) and was very friendly. Waitstaff was very efficient and always picked up our plates on a timely basis. Also helped us rearrange tables and again exceptionally friendly. Everyone a 10++!

We are regular customers and usually are very happy with Pizza Ranch. Today the stuffing and the chicken were not hot - barely warm. Maintaining proper temperature is crucial for food safety, and it affected our enjoyment of the meal.
