Cashier was nice. The young man who came to collect our plates was very polite. This time the chicken and mashed potatoes were empty. I got the last piece of white meat and it was great! Almost no pizza choices. But the desserts were fantastic!

No friendly staff anymore. Woman at register was polite, but rest of staff just mumbled or said anything. Went to drink fountain, 3 drink items were empty, only got the clear carbonated stuff with dark soft drinks. Food was decently stocked during a slow period. Guy clearing tables removed plates, glasses, and garbage, but nobody wiped any of the tables during our visit. They were left dirty for others to sit and dine at. Bathroom doors, floors, and walls very sticky. Washed my hands and dreaded to touch the door handle to pull it open to exit. Where's management? Who's running this place?

Horrible. Potatoes very runny, forgot (again) dessert, got small stuffing instead of family size. Employees had no clue on how to order a Ranch pack. Kept insisting they had to order everything individually. Went inside because phone was off the hook. Took 55 minutes. We're done. Never again will we pay so much for a terrible meal, plus forgotten dessert.
