I came in for lunch and there was barely any chicken mostly breast and it looked old I asked several times for chicken and I was told by a young blond girl that it would be out in 3 minutes. I waited and waited and then saw her again and she went in kitchen and came back out and said it would be coming. I waited another 5 mintues and nothing. I went up to the front counter to tell another girl that I had just spent $15 dollars to eat salad. I don't so pizza. She barely acknowledged my concern. I was there on my lunch hour and had to leave. I was very disappointed!!!

Disappointed with the buffet, the soda machine didn’t have ice and the soda from it was flat. The ice cream machine was out of order. The strawberry salad didn’t have any strawberries in it.

We usually enjoy Pizza Ranch. Today was very disappointing. The strawberry spinach salad container was nearly empty on arrival and not refilled during our visit. The chicken was dry. There was no creamer available for coffee. We ordered blueberry dessert pizza when we arrived, but were unable to get any in the 30 minutes we spent there. The value for the price we paid was very poor.

We love the Oshkosh location. Staff are friendly and a good selection of pizza. Our only complaint is that you used to have beats on the salad bar and strangely they have disappeared at only this location. They are something my wife really loves and it forces us to sometimes make the trip to Appleton or Fond du lac instead.
