Sorry to hear about this Anthony, we do prefer well done chicken to medium rare chicken though. Next time speak with a team member or manager so we can get you the chicken you want.

No one was collecting plates until after 8:00. The impromptu kids birthday party was annoying.

Holly, thank you for your review. I will address with staff clearing plates after 8pm. As for the impromptu party, was this staff? Guests? If it's guests there isn't much I can do if they're not breaking any rules. If it was Pizza Ranch team members let us know when you were dining with us so we can look into it.

Good food and great service. Like the variety of choices and the custom pizza feature. Would like sunflower seeds at the salad bar.

Hi Perry, thank you for your review. We had to lose sunflower seeds with our current limited time only salad, since it has tortilla strips. They will be back on the salad bar in February, when we switch to a new limited time only salad.
