Very good salad bar, enjoyed stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. Requested pizza had plenty of toppings. The first batch of cookies were burnt on the bottom. The next batch of cookies were better, I wish I didn’t eat any of the burnt ones and waited for the good ones.

I came when it was really crowded and would have preferred it not so loud. The staff did their best to keep food on the buffet. Also, I find the sausage used at Pizza Ranch to be a little too spicy.

We were very disappointed with our experience today. We arrived at the end of the lunch rush and we could definitely tell that the pizza that was on the buffet had been sitting there for quite some time. Crusts were hard, slices were lukewarm and in general did not make me want to have some. The fried chicken also had been siting for some time. It was also lukewarm, greasy and there was only white meat available. My niece tried to take a slice of the chocolate chip cookie and it was so hard she couldn’t get just one piece. For the price of $45.51 it was not a good experience.

Buffet was COMPLETELY wiped out at 11:45 AM Sunday March 9, 2025 - due to large crowd. People milled about, waiting for food. Very disappointing!

Customer service was good. Only thing that was a concern were people entering the building sneezing which I know you cant do anything but it would be nice to have something posted @ main entrance regarding spreading of germs & stuff.

Thank you for your review Richard. You are correct, we cannot do much about people coming into our restaurant sick. Gloves are available at each buffet station, hand sanitizer is available at 5 locations, and the sneeze guards are up to do our best for people who don't mind spreading germs.

We won’t be back on kids night eat free. Slow turnaround on pizza and chicken. Because of the kids need to clean up the hot bar better.

I felt so sorry for your crew. They were so short staffed and the buffet was empty for at least 30 minutes at a time. The coke machine wasn't working. They were working so hard and stayed so pleasant and worked so hard to keep up. Most everyone around were patiently waiting for the food to come out. I didn't hear ANYONE complain.

This location has the best employees. There is a woman who always seems to be working there that is fabulous I don’t t her name she is a little older short red hair about 5 foot. She is a dinamo. And so friendly
