Ice cream machine broken. No one mentioned this when we came. No White meat fried chicken. I had to order some and wait 30+ min. And what they did have for chicken was burnt. Pizzas were not very kid friendly with the toppings (Jalapeño and a bbq chicken). Had to order pepperoni. What was left of the selections looked like they had been sitting and dry.

Below average waited more than 5 min. for someone to come to the register to take our order. Same thing happened to the next 2 customers after us. A lot of the food was very dried out, could tell it was sitting a long time under the lights, This is not the first time we have had this happen to us. Would not make it our first choice. Next time we will go some where else. Sorry

People there are always great as is service. Today however, only one pizza was out, and additional pizza's were not put out to almost the time we were ready to go. You pay that much for a buffet at a pizza ranch, you do expect pizza.

We came in to Pizza Ranch tonight for the wing night promotion. The staffer Lindsey greeted us with a smile and welcoming vibe. She explained everything to us and we proceeded in. The buffet was well stocked and everything seemed great. Lindsey came by our table and asked if we needed anything. There was a pizza that we wanted not out on the buffet and that was the buffet your way that she mentioned when we arrived. Lindsey had no problem making the pizza we were missing. Fantastic service.She brought our desired pizza out hot and fresh in minutes. We will definitely be returning here.

This was the worst food we have ever had at Pizza Ranch. The chicken was fried so hard we could barely eat it. Threw the crust away. The waitress was very nice.
