Great customer service ….constantly around to clean plates and keeping buffet line clean and fresh and chicken and sides stocked. Only disappointment was lack of variety of pizza. Basics only and 1 or 2 specialty ones out.

ALWAYS GREAT!! There is always a nice selection of food in their buffet, and it is always fresh!! We also love Barbie who makes the dining experience complete. She goes above and beyond at making sure we have everything we need. She is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back!!

Staff is always awesome Disappointed you don’t have raspberry vinaigrette anymore :(. I did try the strawberry salad-yum!!!!! Place is CLEAN-kudos to the person doing that job. The person walking around collecting dirty dishes is very attentive and friendly.

As always, the West Bend Pizza Ranch was clean with helpful staff. We went at a time that was not busy and found some of the pizza was cold and not as tasty. It's still my favorite place to go for casual dining.
