Always have a great experience when there. Plenty of food choices and areas with food are always full. Chicken is really great. Like it better than the colonels. Excellent drink choices and staff always attending to all that needs to be done. They are also very friendly and like the fact that they smile Pizza choices great, but I like the cheese sticks the most.

Food was really good this visit. The food wells were well filled, not empty like last time we were there. The notice on the door that there will be a charge for veterans instead of the free meal as was on the Pizza Ranch e mail we card holders received was a shock. Other locations give the vets the meal for free, but Weston doesn't. That is a big slap in the face to the area vets ! Most of the customers are veterans who eat there regularly. For being a Christian business, they sure are showing their true side, and it is NOT a good thing.

Food was good. Tried the chicken wings for the 1st time and enjoyed them. One thing I wish that you would do is turn the dressing bottles in reverse as the plover store does. You then wouldn't have to twist your wrist and the dressing would not have to be shook down, the gravity would already have it closest to the tip and be ready to apply to the salad.

I was very disappointed to see that you got rid Coke and replaced it with Pepsi. That actually is a deal breaker for me and will most likely not go back or will be my last choice.

The lettuce was way below par after I had to ask for it to be refilled and then had to look through it to find lettuce that wasn’t brown and then I had to ask for them to refill the chicken twice before it was actually refilled there wasn’t any mashed potatoes and no gravy as well; it was by far the worst time we’ve had in this restaurant yet! We eat here a lot and it’s nothing to have to wait a little for stuff to get refilled but to constantly have to ask and then have a worker actually say that’s not his area and he’s sure that they would be refilling it soon, really that’s how your employees handle the job by saying that’s not my job?!? And there’s never very many types of pizza on that island! And what is there is never warm enough to melt the cheese that they put in the crust! So please correct this; because your restaurant really is one of our favorite places to eat at!

We went to Pizza Ranch to try the wings. The chicken and pizza we’re good. I was a little bit Hesitant to try the sauces for the wings as I couldn’t see where they were marked. Service was very good. When my wife pointed out that you had herring on the salad bar, that was great!
