Poor selection of pizza, lack of breadsticks, lack of marinara for pizza sticks. Chicken is the thing at this store, well monitored compared to pizza and salad stations.

Your 8-piece chicken was not $14.00 as the coupon stated, maybe because I didn't order online. They wanted to charge me almost twice as much but it didn't say that on the coupon. Wound up waiting 25 minutes because there was only 3 pieces on the counter at that time. The other items needed to be refilled also as people were waiting impatiently.

I never typically leave bad reviews anywhere. But I have never been served a pizza the way we just were. The bottom was completely raw. I tried saving it by putting it in the oven when we got home, but whoever cut the pizza cut it where have the pieces were cut twice. I can’t even describe what the logic behind how they cut it was. Such a huge bummer as we were hoping to enjoy this as an easy meal after my daughter’s birthday party.

We love pizza ranch, especially since it's the only all you can eat buffet in town. We recently learned of them offering brunch on Sunday mornings from 9-11am. We only found out by visiting for dinner and seeing a sign on the inside of the building. We were told that it hasn't really caught on yet. I explained that this is not advertised anywhere for people to know about it. it's not on the outside of the building anywhere, the website, or on this Facebook page. Most people do not know about this. I heard a few other people mentioning the same thing today. Gotta get the word out somehow.

Owner (Craig) was rude, disrespectful, discriminatory. Place was very dirty, food all over floor . Buss boy reached over our food/drinks to grab a plate without asking permission. Will not be going back.

We took the grandkids to Pizza Ranch in Weston on Monday, 1/19/26. We were hoping for some different variety on the buffet, but it was the same old boring stuff. We had never been to the Fun Zone, having been told by friends and family that it was quite expensive but thought we would check it out since we were there. How disappointing! Out of all the games there, MAYBE half were in working order and out of those, only SIX gave out tickets to redeem for prizes. Mind you, there was also a good sized birthday party going on, so trying to play anything to get tickets was even more limited. If you're looking for a place to play games to redeem tickets for prizes with your kids/grandkids, go to WOW. It's so much more worth it.

I eat here occasionally for the salad bar and yummy fried chicken!!! The service is always friendly. The staff always keep the food coming and the tables cleared. Except for tonight. The staff did nothing to keep the dining areas cleared and cleaned. Not one staff member was clearing the tables with several stacked high plates on the them!!! Guest were having trouble finding a cleared and cleaned table to dine at. I was very surprised by this. I realized that the gentleman who is usually there, possibly the owner who's always friendly and curtious to the customers, was not seemingly there. I felt if he was, the dining area would have been clean as usual. Disappointed by the staff not doing their job to the dining areas and the customers.

Girlfriend and I came in for dinner tonight and asked the employee working the register if we could look at the food on the buffet first as the last time we were here, everything had been sitting out for a while and we waited about 20-30 minutes for new food on our last visit. The employee tonight said she was working on putting new pizzas and other new food out, but I didn’t see any of that happening the whole time we were here which was about 30-45 minutes. I ordered a taco pizza and waited about 20 minutes for that. Same employee from before informed me that it was ready to eat, but it was sitting on the buffet. What happened to them being brought to the table for everyone to enjoy before it goes to the other customers? If there had been more people here, I never would have gotten the pizza I ordered. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. I’d much rather drive to the Stevens Point location. The chips on the taco pizza were stale and the crust was also burnt and inedible. Won’t be returning.
