The pizza was good however I specifically asked for the normal crust and my pizza was made with thin crust. I really don't like thin crust pizza, so when after waiting a half hour for a pizza I got home and realized it was wrong I was sad.

Service was poor. I ordered a special pizza they brought out my daughter's and mine they messed up said it would be out shortly. Took an hour for my pizza asked to see the manager she came out was the rudest manager I've ever met. Did nothing for us my daughter said she was very rude

The food was good but a lot of the pizza was combined customer orders and they had sat a while and were getting cold.
The carpeted floors were very dirty this time.
We were there at 4:30.

I was disappointed I could not get a gluten free buffet anymore. I used to be able to get the salad bar and they would make a GF pizza that I could get a couple slices of. Now going and only eating the salad bar is not very fun.

smaller than other pizza ranch pizza buffet options could be enlarged for more options. there was one very impressive thing that did happen though. This is the first place we saw an employee cleaning tables that actually cleaned the salt and pepper shakers along with cleaning the table. this is a very impressive site though small it is huge to cleanleness. hats off to that person...
