Pizza had no taste and the crust was like card board. There was no legs, wings, or thighs on the buffet. I was not impressed.

This was an overall good experience. It was very busy and all the things I’m about to list could be because of that reason.
    1) the bathrooms needed to be attended to. they were very unclean and needed some help.
    2) the pizza selection was very children’s based. There wasn’t very many “adult” choices that came out. Don’t get my wrong the Mac and cheese/pepperoni/cheese pizzas were really good. But I really do like more car
    3) the arcade had many out of order items that were not taken off the floor or turned off. The VR was one of them. The head piece was broken and the children could still swipe their card to use it which is a waste of 20 credits. I had to go to the counter to have her reimburse our credits.

Noah and the other bussers (I caught his name on his name tag) did a great job of keeping up with our family’s empty plates and drinks. Everyone we talked to were very polite and helpful. It was a great experience. Our son ordered a stuffed crust mac and cheese pizza. It was soooo good! Fresh and hot! My favorite is always the chicken and cinnamon strudel dessert pizza. Great job!

Great food and service, but did notice the chicken seams to be smaller in size, best chicken in town so far.

Great service when ordering. Food received was excellent, however, the last two delivered orders both were lacking one of the items listed as part of the meal. This is not up to your standards.

I realize that this is a buffet but with COVID you would think extra care would be taken to ensure that everything was extra clean around the buffet. The salad bar was messy with food items mixed. I never saw anyone switch out the utensils. I think having someone that is doing those things would help. Also there is a big sign about refilling cups but they still keep the cups still behind the register. Why not just put them out to help with compliance.

The manager on duty was very rude. There was almost no food (the amount of pizza out would almost add up to one pizza). The chicken was old, and only thighs were there. The gravy and tomato sauce had skins. The lettuce was almost empty - only white and brown lettuce was in there. We took our kids- paid $30, plus $40 in the arcade. We ordered 2 custom pizzas when we got there. They took so long to be made that my kids attempted to eat them as we were leaving (they had dance class). We had to grab them something to eat on the way there - because there was little they could eat during our visit.

Our supreme pizza was not all that great. It actually tasted better the next day cold.

Less than stellar this time. I didn't know this restaurant had changed hours for the winter and didn't appreciate being rushed through my meal. In addition, most of the tables were dirty and there wasn't much pizza left on the buffet and what was there was getting dried up. This is why I normally don't go to a buffet within an hour of closing time. On the plus side, the chicken tortilla soup was as excellent as always!

We have always have loved Pizza Ranch, but this time the chicken (that is normally the best chicken anywhere, hands down) was off. Odd smell when we went to put in our mouth. Next day both my husband & I were sick to our stomachs all day. And he has an iron stomach!! No fun! We will continue to go, as we love your food, normally. Hopefully, whatever caused our illness is no longer there.

A great variety and fresh ingredients in the salad bar. And of course, the chicken is always amazing!

I ordered a twenty piece mix yesterday and party size potatoes, green beans and gravy. We got clear home and I had the chicken, the green beans, two large potatoes, and two small cups of gravy. We had six children and three adults. Do you think that was enough gravy? I wasn’t sure if two potatoes was considered party size, but we had butter for the balance of the potatoes. Disappointed. I had even added a tip. Wish I hadn’t.
