Each year, the Pizza Ranch Service From The Heart Scholarship Program awards multiple $2,000 scholarships to team members who are currently attending or plan to attend a post-secondary educational institution. To apply, qualifying candidates are asked to submit a written essay that details how they exemplify “Service From The Heart” for guests and their community as they live out the Pizza Ranch mission: To give every guest a legendary experience. As a supplement, the restaurant's general manager is asked to submit a rating for their employee.

This year, ten students were chosen from across the Pizza Ranch Franchise as winners for the $2,000 scholarships. The scholarships are given out to support these employees’ pursuits of continued education. The winners chosen are active in their communities, excel in the classroom, and strive to live out the Pizza Ranch mission & vision every day, both at work and within their communities. They are known to give legendary service from the heart to all guests and can be found giving 100% every day.

The 2025 winners were Ava Wendt from West Bend, WI, Cade Hruby from Bismarck, ND, Caterina Lease from Monticello, MN, Grace Reck from Brookings, SD, Juleah Morse from Fargo, ND, Nathan Frye from Clinton, IA, Owen Darger from Rapid City, SD, Samantha Martin from Cottleville, MO, Shaylee Durre from Kearney, NE, and Zachariah Ward from Monticello, MN.

To date, Pizza Ranch Corporate has given out over $220,000 in grants to its employees through the Pizza Ranch Scholarship program.
