Are you seeing the good in each situation. . .?
All of us face moments throughout the week where we are faced with a challenging situation that we can view as good and/or bad. Often times a good or bad outcome can be pre-determined by how we allow our minds and thoughts to formulate a story around these situations. I call it "telling yourself a story before allowing the true story to unfold". Check in with yourself this week when faced with a challenging situation. What stories do you allow to circle through your head? Are the pre-determined outcomes of these stories mostly good or bad? What if you replaced the bad stories with good by proactively seeing the good that could come from your positive actions?
