As Christians one of our goals is to role model the way Christ lived. But how exactly do we do that? Philippians 2:1-18 gives us multiple things that we can do. Take a look at this list and see if there's an area you're really good at and also look for areas where you can improve. God doesn't expect our perfection, we're human and will make mistakes. However, living in a way that models Jesus allows us to shine brightly for Christ so that others can see him through us.

Some key points to having an attitude of Christ:

Don't be selfish

Don't try to impress others

Be humble

Help others

Serve others

Be obedient to God

Make sacrifices for others (give financially or of your time)

Don't complain or criticize

Rejoice in what the Lord is doing

To me what stands out is lots of serving, whether that be serving God or the people around me and also rejoicing in what God has done and continues to do. Place your own desires on the back burner and go where God's leading you. Shine bright my friends!
