Wednesday Story of Impact - Workshops at the Pizza Ranch HQ
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
— 1 Corinthians 10:31
Every six to eight weeks, the Pizza Ranch restaurant support center hosts a 4-day workshop for its managers and owners. Many topics are covered in the jam-packed four days, including restaurant operations, how to make the Cravable Pizza Ranch food, how to interview potential employees, and how to lead your staff. Additionally, each day starts with a reading of Scripture and prayer conducted by one of the workshop trainers.
Additionally, the Chief Vision Officer for the company (Perry Krosschell) speaks to attendees about all the different ways that they can make an impact in their local communities and the world at large by aiming to achieve the company Vision. Ways the attendees can do this is by donating food to local food shelf organizations, by attending the company's virtual prayer meetings weekly, by hosting local Community Impact Nights, and also by going on a volunteer ministry trip to Jamaica.
This trip has been happening for years with Pizza Ranch and has not only helped the local people in Jamaica. It has strengthened the faith of those who go, it has blessed those who send, and people have been prayed for and have received answers to prayer because of the trips.
