At this time, online gift card purchases are not eligible to earn Ranch Reward points. They are also not eligible for any in-store gift card promotions.

Gift card expiration laws vary by state. Check the current laws your state has for gift card expiration here.

Email giftcard@pizzaranch.com and they will check into your order and resend your digital gift card. Provide your Order ID Number and date of purchase if available.

To check a gift card balance, click here and enter in your card number from the back of your gift card.

In order to redeem your digital gift card, the required information to redeem your money would be the gift card number.

If you ordered a physical gift card online and chose the “Mail” option, your order will come via USPS and take 2-7 business days. If you opt to select FedEx Ground, your order should arrive in 1-5 business days. With FedEx Overnight, your order will arrive next day.
