When I came, it wasn't ready and took 20 minutes before it was brought out. i get home and it had 2 dark pieces and 2 white pieces which was not on my original online order. I asked the girl and she said they were waiting on the chicken.I also typed in my Reward card # and the computer didnpt like it. The girl said it went through on her side with my phone #. How the game cards work is that money you load onto a card is what provides credits to play the games. All games you earn "points/tickets" for, unless you play a VR (virtual reality) game those are just for fun and provide no tickets. All tickets collect on your game card, that can be brought to the counter and scanned for your total points and to redeem prizes.

The workers were sweeping and swept right on to customers no sorry or anything. We visit at least twice a month and this visit has caused loyal customers to not want to return or suggest to anyone else!
