The food is always hot, the selections are always great. The staff are usually friendly. Haven't met anyone otherwise. Definitely should bring cookies and desert pizza out more often, though. LOL!

Great customer service. Amanda knows we love the chix legs and there were none left after the big rush of hungry folks that just left. Within a few minutes of sitting down we received our own plate of legs!!

Came in because it’s kids eat free day and your Altoona ia location does not participate until after 4 when I questioned it the girl at the register was argumentative about it I was just inquiring. I’m a single mom and my son loves to eat here so it’s a win but not when I have to pay on kids eat free day. Just disappointed and lesson learned.
