Pizza Ranch Mt. Pleasant

Ran out of chicken breasts and had to wait for desert. No ice cream. Everything I are was good!

Was pleasantly surprised that there were as many choices as there were since it was towards the end of the evening buffet when I stopped by.

Over cooked the chicken or left it in the warmer to long which means it was old!!!!!!!!!!

The food was hot, fresh , and tasty. Seemed like the floor was very short staffed and swept up piles of dirt just remained on the floor throughout our visit. Nobody around to remove our dirty plates. All of this is pretty unusual for this location. Usually things are great. Hope to be back soon and try again.

This was not a pleasant experience. when we went to put pizza, chicken and desserts...there was none available. We had to wait a good 5-10 minutes. Not good for a buffet.

Much improved since last visit. The food did not run out!!!!! Thank you.

When we first walked in we had to wait for someone to come to the register. We almost just went in and ate for free. . The girl that finally came had no smile, no personality and looked like we were putting her out. Lack of pizza's when i got there. Deserts were depleted and stayed that way for to long. .

Needed to keep up filling the pizza and breadsticks when they saw it was getting low. I was hearing from other customers ahead of us that were already leaving they didn't get enough food. In fact I heard the workers ask if the customers got enough! They need to keep up and have food out ready or they're going to lose customers.

Great welcome and service, customers are assisted and treated with respect.

Wasn't much pizza to choose from, but chicken was in good supply and that's what I like the most. Everything tasted great.

Green beans had very little flavor. I'm sick of waiting for chicken at Mt. Pleasant location. Salad bar is pretty good. But this location could do a little better. For example change the spoons in the dishes occasionally. They fall into the pans at times. Sometimes food from one pan gets dropped into another. Things like that. But really tired of people standing around waiting for chicken. Happens regularly here. It's also gotten somewhat exspensive, I under stand some of that. But make it worth it. That's all I'm asking.

Chicken was not done! Always out of chicken.People come after Church and always wait for it to be brought. Sunday after Sunday.
