The food was hot and prepared very good. The only drawback was the price was a little steep as older people don't eat that much. For we on fixed income the buffet is not worth the higher price.

Always fresh and delicious! The staff came around often to remove used plates and were friendly.

Our meal was very good and service was excellent; however, the Dessert pizzas crusts have raw dough, need to be baked longer.

We ordered 10 chicken legs and 10 thighs. The legs were too small will never order again

They were super busy and when we first got there the buffet only had a couple pizzas and no dessert pizza. The employees were hustling very well and within 15-20 both pizza and dessert buffets were very well stocked. I was impressed given how busy it was(hardly a seat empty). Our table was kept clean off plates too.

the gal that cleared our table was awesome. told us about games and rooms coming soon. she was so excited that I got the same way. can' wait for our grandsons birthday there. we even lrft her a tip.

I do not like the fact that you changed getting reward points when buying gift cards. I spent $50 and did not earn any points. I will not be buying gift cards anymore.

Going down hill from 4 years ago..

No employee was manning the register, nine customers were kept waiting for several minutes.
Minimal chicken was on the buffet line, only dark meat, no white. The variety of pizza on the line minimal also of only two varieties. The salad bar was adequate.

The salad bar was much better! Everything was better.

Normally I have had a good experience. This one was not because I ordered online and arrived at the time I was supposed to pick up the pizza, but had to wait in the drive up line for 15 minutes or more. The pizza was in the warmer, but it still was cold by the time I got home and not fresh. The person in front of me in the driveup line should have been pulled up out of the way and taken care of because they had a delay in their food or I actually believe they ordered more items (drinks) when they got to the window which in that case they should have to pull up and receive those after the cars behind them or come inside to get the new order. There was also someone behind me who arrived a minute or two after me so they had to wait just as long. So I only give 1 star because of the wait and also because the food was not fresh.
