Very limited choices . No chicken for 30 minutes

We don't eat at spencer pizza ranch due to poor service and lack of food on buffet. Burned toomany times. We go to spirit lake ia or LeMars ia locations

They do an outstanding job! My mother (age 94) so enjoys your chicken so I take her when I can! Thank you!

Honestly my family and I were very disappointed in our experience this time. We came for brunch on Sunday and first of all food wise. There were maybe 3 pizzas out the whole time we were there. And the food just seemed "old". Then to top it off there were not many people in there the whole time we were there but instead of employees cleaning up all the tables with dirty dishes and food all over the floor they just stood around upfront talking. One was even on her cellphone on the floor. Was just really disappointed which sucks to say because my kids always want to go to pizza ranch. But after this last time and spending what you spend for a family of 6. It's hard to justify coming back.

They messed up my order, my chips had no seasoning on them when asked for it also asked for no veggies on my wrap, the driver was rude and ive had no issues with my order in the past, but this driver has had an attitude every time hes delivered to me. Called asked for a remake of both the chips and my wrap and only received my wrap.

Faster then we expected! Delicious!

Staff was friendly but there was literally NO food out. We put in requests for pizzas and after an hour quit waiting. We ate salad, chicken, and potatoes. No pizza and no dessert. I did get a lone breadstick but had to fight off the dozens of other people waiting for food to be brought out.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! We were the only family there for the buffet. The person at the register was extremely rude. Food was so old we barely ate. They did bring out 2 pizzas and 2 deserts. The guy at the register was crying and sobbing constantly going outside and on his phone it scared my two girls. I told them to be quiet because he was clearly unstable. Never have I ever had an experience like this.the environment was absolutely filthy. Then while my husband was taking my youngest son to the bathroom I took the girls and my oldest son to the car we watched the man who cooked the pizzas pick his nose and eat it multiple times and I got out of my car throwing up! I will absolutely never eat at this restaurant again! There are plenty of more things that happens like when I was getting my food the guy at the register took it upon himself to sit by my girls at the table next to them. I have never been this unsatisfied at this restaurant. I hardly get to take my kids to a restaurant and this makes me not want to eat out any longer

Service was okay. The pizza table was scarce. The bus boy and girl were the friendliest. Too bad they're too young to help cooks. Breadsticks were hot but there was no dipping sauce. They were short a spatula. Chicken was good. If we had been in a hurry we would have been disappointed in how long it was taking to get pizzas out. Maybe they were swamped with deliveries. Spencer IA. Our favorite is still Emmetsburg IA.

Chicken pieces were extremely small. Pizza and potato wedges were really good. Chocolate chip cookie over baked.

Chicken and sides were very good on the buffet but the pizza and salad bar fell a little short on variety. Service was good.
