    We love pizza ranch. We tried the stuffed crust pizza with Mac and cheese and it was very good. Our favorite is the thin crust cheese pizza. The chicken is very tasty and not greasy. We always go to the Urbandale location as the quality of the food is very good. The young gentleman picking up our used plates was very personable, polite, and attentive to our needs.

    Staff were welcoming and nice.
    Air conditioning wasn’t working properly and it was extremely warm.
    Plates were not cleared regularly and only cleared once during our visit.
    Tables were not cleared or cleaned and the floors in the dining space had food on them.
    Chicken was refreshed with plenty of thighs and legs - but wings were in short order.
    This wasn’t our first time here and unfortunately our previous experiences have been similar.
    It’s disappointing, as we truly enjoy Pizza Ranch. Hopefully this honest feedback will help shed light on ways to improve the customer experience.

    Food was plentiful. No waiting for chicken or the cookie dessert. Plates picked up in a timely fashion. Really enjoyed the bbq wings. Also enjoyed having stuffing as a choice. Great salad bar.

    Have been a regular customer for years. The chicken is excellent. I don’t know what was different about 2/24, but all of the food was better than I ever recall. They somehow made the chicken even taste better!
