Pizza Ranch Peoria

The service was great. I really like the Italian Salad and we always enjoy the chicken and dessert pizza's with ice cream. I like how quickly we can get in and out or the relaxed atmosphere if we are with a group and want to stay and chat.

Food was fresh and place was clean. It was weird though. The place was not very busy. I’m used too in my travel to other Pizza Ranch locations most were busy at 630pm

My first two plates of new food at the buffet that I gathered and was untouched by me was removed by the table clean-up staff and thrown out while I went to get a drink. Pizza Ranch does not have a procedure in place for holding tables/not cleaning them off while customers are away at the buffet and are returning such as a Reservation Slip that can be given out with the receipt and can be placed on the table indicating that the customer has chosen that table and is returning to eat shortly.

We love eating here! Not only is the food great but your employees are always so happy!

Ladies restroom filthy,Ice cream machine broken. Yes the ice cream and fruit pizza was the main reason for our visit.

Ladies Restroom was FILTHY,second time out of two visits your Ice cream machine was down.Food was good,although very slow to restock deserts. Sorry, but if you ask I will tell you.

Was not good at all use to come all the time but quality of food has went down majorly figured I would give it another try after a long time not going and I had asked for a taco pizza it was served on a thin old pizza that look and tasted like it had been cooked earlier in the day they just threw lettuce and cheese on it normally it comes on a pan pizza and is fresh at least it use to be and served it on a hard thin old sausage pizza a piece of chicken a thigh tasted spoiled out of the two pieces I got the first one was fine the 2nd I had to spit it out it was so bad half of the pizzas on the bar looked like they had set there awhile things have really went down hill at this location prices have went up ridiculous for a pizza and chicken place as the food has gotten really bad! Sad use to be one of my favorite places to go on Wednesdays don’t think I will be back until they take more pride in what they serve people

Food was great. The staff was awesome. They did a great job off making sure our table was cleaned off. When we finished with our plates. They kept buffet well stocked. My favorite is the fried chicken. Best I've had. Other than my mother's fried chicken.

The folks were so nice. Everyone was attentive and the food was fresh. I’m not sure the chicken was completely done but that’s due to my preference. It was very clean, no complaints here!
