Ordered pizza that was delivered quickly and hot - February 5, 2022Rating 5.0Cashier was very helpful. I don't remember her name but she was awesome. She was also going to tables picking up the used plates. She was very courteous. She really stood out as being a loyal employee.

- January 2, 2022Rating 3.0We stopped at our local pizza ranch on 1/1/22 at 6pm. The pizza had been sitting out and no new pizzas were set out during the hour we were there. Luckily the chicken was good and the fried potato wedges were excellent. Our service was good too. It’s just too bad that the pizza wasn’t fresh. there was not many people there so I’m sure they didn’t want to make more.
- December 29, 2021Rating 1.0Went for the buffet on kids eat free night. The kitchen could not keep up and the place wasn't even full. Pizza was burnt, chicken not fully cooked, no ice or straws for drinks. At one point there wasn't a single pizza (not even an empty pan) in the Pizza area. This lasted a good 10 to 15 minutes. I heard a kitchen worker tell the front cashier no more requests as they just couldn't keep up. Worst experience at this restaurant ever.
