Customer service was great, all the staff are respectful, responsive to questions and helpful.
Please be sure you always have mashed potatoes ready. They go quick and everyone enjoys potatoes/gravy with your terrific chicken.

The food was great as always. It is just hard to pay over $10 for 5 chicken tenders, especially when one of them was a 3rd of the size of the others.

our party of 5 came into the store @ 6:15 pm and the chicken was not warm and the skin was soggy, the mashed potatoes were empty and not replaced, as well as other items not available. we did order a specialty pizza and that was good; our server was very good and checked back with us often. we were, unfortunately, disappointed with the rest of the buffet items and we all ordered the buffet.

Pizza was cold and chicken was dry tough and tasted like they need to change the fryer grease, it was a take out order, felt like it was taken off the buffet to fill our order, and to pay a premium price, should have gotten Casey's
