Great customer service but grease needed to be changed for the fried chicken and corn was dry and had a burnt taste. Salad bar was great also.

This Pizza Ranch has some really great staff. There is always great chicken,
gravy, mashed potatoes and food like that. However, there is never much of a selection of pizza. I've been to other PRs and the selection pizza has been amazing. I'm always disappointed about that. They are offering a new Caprese pizza for a "limited" time on the buffet. There was none of this pizza on the pizza buffet. The signs on the tables said it should be there. I looked several times during our visit but it was never there. I love PR, but this one needs to up their production of pizza. IMHO

Great customer service but the salad bar was empty the dessert bar was empty we had to get plastic forks because there were no forks clean and waited to eat salad with no forks. Had to wait 15 minutes for dessert and they only brought an apple and peach

No one at the register when we arrived but the girl that is always there and is so helpful working the tables clearing them and asking if you have everything you need came over to take our money the pizza selection was poor alot of cheese pizza but when I asked one of the boys he said I could order what I wanted but the girl saw me asking and went to see in the back and told there were several coming out,she is the best I always prefer choosing from the table than ordering my own

For a buffet, this restaurant in particular does a horrible job of keeping enough food on the buffet. Not just this time but most every time we've been. Food is good just never enough

customer service was very very very bad!!!!!!! paid 30 bucks for 1 chicken wing and 1 chicken leg no pizza on the bar was there for more than 60 minutes waiting on food to be put out on the bar but it never came waist of time and money what a mothers day how embarrassing!!!! my wife was able to have 1 chicken leg and no pizza drinks was out also place was a disaster very unclean went to sonic's after to eat cost another 21 bucks THANKS PIZZA RANCH FOR RUINING MOTHERS DAY DINNER!! Food was not up and ready, when food came out it was gone before everyone could get some. Our special order pizza came out just before we left. Poor dinning room service and very dirty tables and food was all over the floor area. This is not typical of this location.
