Customer service was fine. The food on the buffet line wasn’t what we usually see @ Pizza Ranch. Granted it was a Monday evening, and I am sure it’s hard to gauge traffic. The chicken was over fried to the point of being burnt. The only pieces were thighs and wings. With two boys, we are used to seeing more drumsticks. The pizza selection was more of the unusual flavors, broccoli and cheese, buffalo chicken, Mac and cheese, etc. the only traditional option was pepperoni and it was so overdone the pepperoni slices were curled and hard. I’m sure we could’ve asked for a special order of legs and cheese pizza, but the reason we stop at a buffet is to save time and have ready made food. I hate to complain but it wasn’t very good.
