Great customer service. More pizzas, though.

I was happy with the employees with their masks, but I was worried when I seen the gal come out of the kitchen and wipe down the counters and then pick through the salad bar items with the same plastic gloves on. Gloves need to be changed often. Most customers used the hand sanitizer or gloves, but alot did not wear their mask when they went back up to get food. I feel that is so important to have customers wear their masks when they go back up.

Food was great. Love the new chocolate chip cookie!

Great Chicken and Pizza

I came in at at little after 5pm just to get my usual 2 pc/and salad for $6.33. Clerk was pleasant had me swipe my card and pay. I got the container an sanitized my hands before getting my food. Once I got my choices and put the lid on I left. She wished me a good evening.

Was there on a Friday. Everything I had was good. They have fish on that day and one reason I chose that day. Also I requested a mac and cheese pizza which they will make on the type of crust you like. There was a nice selection of items to choose from also on the buffet.

As always the buffet selection excellent everything fresh and delicious. Practicing quality cleaning and distancing practices.

Great food and friendly service.

The chicken was amazing as always. The biscuits were a tiny bit overdone. One suggestion would be to add the option of purchasing stuffing as an additional side.

This place has been excellent even before the covid-19 - Since then they’ve ramped it up and service and food has been even more excellent. Way to go

Customer service was good. Social distancing was poor. We went at noon gravy was cool food temps are not correct off chicken bar.

I always enjoy Pizza Ranch, however, I was very disappointed in the chicken. I prefer dark meat yet there was none for almost an hour. All that was available was dried up breast meat.

Customer service has always been good here. Food is always good. So glad the buffet is open. We try to come when we are in town.

Customer service was excellent. Our made to order pizza we wanted came out a lot faster then the last time we were there. The manager came out and talked to us about our meal. Everyone was so friendly. So friendly that I made a comment that it must be fun to work there and I’d like to see if they’d hire for only weekends

I don’t think you should use the same pail of sanitizer for the tables & the chairs. I noticed they use different clothes but they should use different cleaning pails also.
