How do I become a Ranch Rewards member?
You can get a Ranch Rewards® card at any Pizza Ranch® restaurant and then register your card online.
Alternatively, if you don’t have a card, you can enroll in Ranch Rewards® first by completing the enrollment form and we will send you a temporary account number via email. The next time you visit a Pizza Ranch restaurant, bring in that account number and a team member will give you a permanent card if you wish.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Ranch Rewards® Program.
What are the program rewards and how do I earn them?
Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food and beverage purchases (in-restaurant and online) as well as gift cards purchased in-restaurant. You receive 1 point for every dollar spent and we round up to the nearest dollar. For example: Spend $11.50, earn 12 points.
When you accumulate 75 points we will automatically convert the 75 points to a $5.00 reward on your registered Ranch Rewards® Card. The Ranch Rewards® dollars can be used to purchase cravable Pizza Ranch food and beverages both in-restaurant and online. Please note that Ranch Rewards® dollars can't be used to purchase Pizza Ranch Gift Cards or pay for delivery fees/other service charges.
Do I earn points for carryout, delivery and online orders?
You can earn points on carryout and delivery orders, including food and beverage orders placed online. Please note that delivery drivers cannot accept your Ranch Rewards card during the delivery. Your rewards card number must be provided during the ordering process for deliveries.
Do I earn points for buying a Gift Card?
Yes, if you are a Ranch Rewards® member, you will earn points for purchasing Pizza Ranch® gift cards when you purchase them in the restaurant. Points are not earned for gift cards purchased online or resold by any organization or company other than a Pizza Ranch restaurant.
You do not earn points when redeeming the gift card. For example, if you purchase $50 in gift cards from the restaurant, you will earn 50 points. When the recipient uses the gift card, however, the portion of their order paid for with the gift card will not earn points.
Is there anything I don’t earn points for?
You don’t earn points for non-food items, such as taxes, employee tips or room rental. You only earn points on the net amount you actually pay for, so the portion of your bill paid for using Ranch Rewards® dollars or gift cards does not earn points. For example, if your pre-tax bill is $27 and you redeem $5 in rewards, you will only earn 22 points for that visit. You also do not earn points when purchasing gift cards online or through an organization or company other than a Pizza Ranch restaurant. Additional restrictions may apply at individual restaurant locations.
How do I know how many points and rewards I have earned?
You may Check Your Balance to view your points, rewards, and reward expiration dates. You could also select Sign In To Your Account at the top of the page, and enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the "Account Balance" link. You can also check your transaction history by selecting the "Transaction History" link.
You may also ask a team member at a participating Pizza Ranch® restaurant to check the balance on your card.
When will the points appear on my account?
Points are issued when the check is closed. You will be given a receipt with your updated points and rewards at the end of each visit. Delivery orders will not show points from your current order on your receipt but the points will be added to your account by the end of the day.
When can I spend my rewards?
When your registered account reaches or exceeds 75 points, the system will automatically convert them into $5 in rewards. These rewards will be available for use on your next visit and expire one year from the date they are earned. Restrictions on redemptions may apply. See restaurant for individual policies.
Will my points or rewards expire if I don’t use them right away?
Points on unregistered cards or that have not yet met the 75-point threshold do not expire. Once points turn into a $5 reward, that reward will expire one year from the date it was earned. Birthday Bonus rewards expire 30 days after they were issued. We occasionally offer other short-term rewards whose expiration dates will be specified in the email informing you of those rewards. When redeeming, the rewards with the earliest expiration date will automatically be used first.
Do you have a birthday bonus?
Ranch Rewards® members will receive a $5 birthday bonus added to their card automatically the Monday prior to their birthday. If your birthday is on Monday, it will be added on the day of your birthday. The $5 birthday bonus will expire 30 days after it was added to your card. Please note that if you attach or combine multiple cards, you will only receive one birthday bonus. Only one birthday is entered per registered card.
What information do I need to register my card?
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card along with your name, address, phone number and email address. We also ask a few other simple questions to get to know you better.
Where can I find my card number and registration code?
Both can be found on the back of your Ranch Rewards® Card. The card number is the 16-digit number and the registration code is the 4-digit number. Do not use spaces when entering the card number.
What if I don’t have an email address?
Email access is key to our program. With it, we are able to communicate directly and quickly with our guests. We want to be able to keep you updated on new promotions and opportunities for even more rewards. There are many free email services and places to access email such as at work or at the library. A friend or relative may also be able to set up an email account for you. You are unable to register a Ranch Rewards card without providing a valid email address.
Why do I have to register my card?
Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. It also makes it easy for us to still give you points even if you forget to bring in your Ranch Rewards® card when you eat. You will also be able to receive exclusive offers. Card registration is required to redeem rewards.
After I register, what do you do with my information?
We use this information to send you company news and exciting offers about Pizza Ranch® and to keep you apprised of your Ranch Rewards® account activity. We also use your phone number at the restaurant to look up your Ranch Rewards® account in case you forget to bring in your card so you can still earn points. Please see our privacy section for more information on how we use and protect your information.
What happens if I don’t have my card with me when I visit a Pizza Ranch® restaurant?
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number you used to register the card. You will still be able to earn points for purchases made during that visit. You will not be able to redeem Ranch Rewards® without your Ranch Rewards® card being present or providing your full card number. An app check-in code counts as providing your full card number.
If I forgot my Ranch Rewards® card during a previous visit can I still earn points for that visit?
If you still have your most recent receipt, you can request that points be added using the Add Points form. Alternatively, you can contact Ranch Rewards® Guest Services via email at email@example.com or toll-free by phone at 1-855-321-3401 (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST). If you email or call and leave a message outside of business hours we will be sure to follow-up with you the next business day. We may be able to add the points from your most recent visit to your account if you can provide the following information: Your member number, the date and location of your visit, the ticket number found on your receipt, and the subtotal before taxes and after discounts. Certain restrictions apply.
What happens if I lose my card?
If you have lost your card, simply visit your nearest Pizza Ranch® location for a replacement. Tell a team member that you lost your card and need a replacement and the team member can issue a new one and transfer your points and unredeemed rewards onto your new card. It is important to note that this will only work if your card is registered.
I have a virtual card, how do I get a physical card?
To receive a permanent Ranch Rewards® card please follow these easy steps:
- Bring your virtual card number (the one you received via email) to a participating Pizza Ranch® restaurant and give it to a cashier.
- The cashier will give you your new permanent Ranch Rewards® card on the spot and will transfer any points or rewards to the permanent card.
Please note: You can start earning points and even redeeming rewards with your virtual card number that you received via email. If you registered online and do not remember your virtual number, please login to your Ranch Rewards® account to get your number.
Can I merge the balances on two cards into one account?
Yes, you can attach and/or merge multiple cards.
You can attach additional cards to your account if you want to keep each card's points and rewards separate but want to manage each account's information using one login. After logging in, click the "+" button under Summary of Accounts and add a card number. Please note that if cards are attached, only one family member will receive the $5 Birthday Bonus and other special bonuses and notifications.
You can combine multiple cards so they earn points and redeem points together. After attaching cards to your account, click on the account number of the card you just added and click the "Merge Card" button under the Manage Card heading. Merging cards merges the points and rewards from both cards into one account. An example of this would be if spouses want to share an account but have separate cards. Please note that if cards are merged, only one family member will receive the $5 Birthday Bonus and other special bonuses and notifications. In order for each family member to receive a $5 Birthday Bonus, each family member (over age 13) will need to have their own registered Ranch Rewards card and the cards cannot be attached or merged.
