You can get a Ranch Rewards® card at any Pizza Ranch® restaurant and then register your card online.
Alternatively, if you don’t have a card, you can enroll in Ranch Rewards® first by completing the enrollment form and we will send you a virtual account number via email.
You can also register a card, create a mobile account, or login to an existing account using the Pizza Ranch mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Ranch Rewards® Program.
Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded one point for each dollar spent on qualifying food and beverage purchases (in-restaurant and online purchases directly from Pizza Ranch). You receive 1 point for every dollar spent and we round up to the nearest dollar. For example: Spend $11.50, earn 12 points.
When you accumulate 100 points it will automatically convert the 100 points to a $5.00 reward on your registered Ranch Rewards® Card. The Ranch Rewards® dollars can be used to purchase cravable Pizza Ranch food and beverages both in-restaurant and online. Ranch Rewards® dollars can't be used to purchase Pizza Ranch Gift Cards or pay for delivery fees/other service charges.
Pizza Ranch reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the Ranch Rewards program at any time without notice at its sole discretion.

You can earn points on carryout and delivery orders, including food and beverage orders placed through Pizza Ranch Online Ordering. Please note that delivery drivers cannot accept your Ranch Rewards card during the delivery. Your rewards card number must be provided during the ordering process for deliveries.
You do not earn rewards on online orders placed through third-party delivery services, including but not limited to Door Dash, Bite Squad, EatStreet, ezCater, Grubhub, Postmates and UberEats.
Effective, 7/7/22, Ranch Rewards points will not be earned on gift card purchases.
However, you now earn points when redeeming a Pizza Ranch gift card, no matter where it was purchased (in-restaurant, online, retail store, RaiseRight fundraising).
You don’t earn points for non-food items, such as gift cards, taxes, fees or surcharges, employee tips or room rental. You only earn points on the net amount you actually pay for, so the portion of your bill paid for using Ranch Rewards® dollars or other discounts does not earn points. For example, if your pre-tax bill is $27 and you redeem $5 in rewards, you will only earn 22 points for that visit. Finally, you cannot earn points for food and beverage purchases made through a third party delivery service, like Door Dash or UberEats. Additional restrictions may apply at individual restaurant locations.
All payment types (cash, credit card, gift card) now earn Ranch Rewards points except for purchases put on a house account.

You may Check Your Balance to view your points, rewards, and reward expiration dates. You could also select Login at the top of the page, and enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the "Account Balance" link. You can also check your transaction history by selecting the "Transaction History" link.
You may also ask a team member at a participating Pizza Ranch® restaurant to check the balance on your card.
You can also check your balance by downloading the Pizza Ranch mobile app from the App Store or Google Play and signing in to your account with your username and password and then tapping "My Account".
Points are issued when the check is closed. Your receipt will show the points earned on that visit along with your total points and rewards balance. Delivery orders will not show points from your current order on your receipt but the points will be added to your account by the end of the day.
When your registered account reaches or exceeds 100 points, the system will automatically convert them into $5 in rewards. These rewards will be available for use on your next visit and expire 60 days from the day that the Ranch Rewards dollars are earned. A maximum of $50 in rewards can be redeemed on one transactions. Other restrictions on redemption may apply. See restaurant for individual policies.
Points on unregistered cards or that have not yet met the $5 reward threshold do not expire. Once points turn into a $5 reward, that reward will expire 60 days from the date it the reward earned. Birthday Bonus rewards expire 30 days after they were issued. We occasionally offer other short-term rewards whose expiration dates will be specified in the email informing you of those rewards. When redeeming, the rewards with the earliest expiration date will automatically be used first.
Ranch Rewards® members will receive a $5 birthday bonus added to their card automatically the Monday prior to their birthday. If your birthday is on Monday, it will be added on the day of your birthday. The $5 birthday bonus will expire 30 days after it was added to your card. Please note that if you attach or combine multiple cards, you will only receive one birthday bonus. Only one birthday is entered per registered account.
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and registration code from the back of the card along with your name, address, phone number and email address. We also ask a few other questions to get to know you better.
Both can be found on the back of your Ranch Rewards® Card. The card number is the 16-digit number and the registration code is the 4-digit number. Do not use spaces when entering the card number. If you enrolled online in a virtual account, your account number was emailed to you or can be found in your online account. In the app, find your account number by tapping the My Account button.
Email access is key to our program. With it, we are able to communicate directly and quickly with our guests. We want to be able to keep you updated on new promotions and opportunities for even more rewards. There are many free email services and places to access email such as at work or at the library. A friend or relative may also be able to set up an email account for you. You are unable to register a Ranch Rewards card without providing a valid email address.
Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in or using the Pizza Ranch Rewards app. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. Effective 7/7/12, you can now search for your Ranch Rewards account in-restaurant by phone number to access your points and rewards. You will also be able to receive exclusive offers. Card registration is required to redeem rewards.
We use this information to send you company news and exciting offers about Pizza Ranch® and to keep you apprised of your Ranch Rewards® account activity as long as you are subscribed to receiving emails. We also use your phone number at the restaurant to look up your Ranch Rewards® account in case you forget to bring in your card. Please see our privacy section for more information on how we use and protect your information.
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number you used to register the card. Effective 7/7/22, looking up an account by phone number will allow you to both earn points AND redeem rewards on that visit. You can also use the Pizza Ranch Rewards app check-in feature in place of a card.
If you still have your most recent receipt, you can request that points be added using the Add Points form.

If you email or call and leave a message outside of business hours we will be sure to follow-up with you the next business day. We may be able to add the points from your most recent visit to your account if you can provide the following information: Your member number, the date and location of your visit, the order number found on your receipt, and the subtotal before taxes and after discounts. Certain restrictions apply.
You can use your phone number to look up your account at the restaurant or use the Pizza Ranch Rewards app in place of a physical card.
If you would like a new physical card, ask for a new card on your next visit to a Pizza Ranch restaurant. The restaurant must activate the card on their system before handing it to you. Then you can log into your Ranch Rewards account and use the "+" tab to add the card to your account and then click the "Merge Card" link to complete. You can disable your old card number if you desire.

Please note we can only transfer/combine a lost card if that card was registered.

Yes, you can attach and/or merge multiple cards.
You can attach additional cards to your account if you want to keep each card's points and rewards separate but want to manage each account's information using one login. After logging in, click the "+" button under Summary of Accounts and add a card number. Please note that if cards are attached, only one family member will receive the $5 Birthday Bonus and other special bonuses and notifications.
You can combine multiple cards so they earn points and redeem points together. After attaching cards to your account, click on the account number of the card you just added and click the "Merge Card" button under the Manage Card heading. Merging cards merges the points and rewards from both cards into one account. An example of this would be if spouses want to share an account but have separate cards. Please note that if cards are merged, only one family member will receive the $5 Birthday Bonus and other special bonuses and notifications. In order for each family member to receive a $5 Birthday Bonus, each family member (over age 13) will need to have their own registered Ranch Rewards card and the cards cannot be attached or merged.
