As you read through the Psalms you will at times come across the world 'Selah' at the end of a sentence. In fact, this word appears 71 times throughout the Psalms and only 3 other times throughout the rest of the Bible. For good reason. The meaning behind 'Selah' can be translated to : to pause, to praise and reflect upon what was just said. The book of Psalms is full of songs and praises that need to be paused upon, to reflect and praise what has been written.
In light of circumstances we find ourselves in I would encourage you to read through Psalm 91 and 'selah'.
