We spend so much of our lives striving to find our purpose or calling in life; working to find true meaning. We decide at a very early age (too early IMO) what to major in when we go to college. We have tunnel vision of what "we" want to be when we grow up, how "we" want to spend our days and provide for ourselves and for our families. Instead of pursuing what "you", how about considering what God has made you for, called you for and given you gifts for?

Consider these verses as you ponder your calling and purpose on this earth:

Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.

Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

1 Peter 4:10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms

Ephesians 1:11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,
