This week Pizza Ranch has a team of 29 people in Jamaica, working alongside a group of local people there on several different projects. For almost a decade now, we have partnered with this same group of people, building relationships with many locals, loving on them and their families, and helping with construction and other community enhancement projects.

The Bible talks about sending out those who can / are willing to go, and that those who cannot go have the privilege of praying and supporting those who do the “boots on the ground” ministry.

Our mission for today is to pray for those people that we all know who are actively serving in the mission field. I would include short-term mission workers (such as our team in Jamaica), longer-term missionaries who have committed to a space and people for years at a time, and those in our own communities who do career-based ministry, such as pastors. God has equipped us for different callings, but we can all pray for each other to be strong in whatever the Lord has called us to do.
