God will never tempt us, He does allow us to experience trials, waiting for us to turn to Him for strength.

James reminds us in 1:17 NIV "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows."

God does not create pain. He will use it for His glory and our good. When we view these trails from His perspective, our suffering becomes a way for us to worship Him.
