There is nothing like the feeling of Christmas. For most people, Christmas is a time to spend time with family, give to others, and most importantly, celebrate the birth of Jesus. It is such a wonderful time of the year. Churches put on the best services, kids perform the best musicals, and families prepare their best food to celebrate this Christian holiday. We praise God for the gift of his only son, Jesus.

A thought I had recently was that although all this is obviously great and very enjoyable, why don’t we celebrate Jesus like this every day? Why do we have to wait until Christmas and Easter to go “all out” on celebrating the savior of our world? I wonder what it would feel like and look like to praise Jesus and celebrate Him the way we do on Christmas and Easter every day? Sometimes making extravagant meals and putting on big church events isn’t practical every single week of the year. However, celebrating Him is! We don’t have to wait until Christmas to throw a party for Jesus. We can do it every day!
